Colorado Springs has so many great outdoor places. Generation Wild of the Pikes Peak Region identified two for a makeover. The new El Pomar Youth Bike Park and the Beach house at Prospect Lake. Click below to learn more about these two places and what programs are happening nearby!

Programs

Generation Wild of the Pikes Peak Region programming partners have identified a full spectrum of programs to activate parks and encourage kids to get outdoors. Younger kids will be inspired to explore nature right outside their back door and older kids go on adventures into the back-country of Colorado.

Pathways

We are looking for passionate young people high-school to college age who want to work with us in the summer! We have internships and positions at various different partner organizations. Hone your teaching skills, learn about natural resources, or gain the skills to become a camp counselor.
